Our business is a focused / specialised one dealing with specialised products. As such we don’t have a large team to constantly be checking on all external industry changes. NAFES provides us with updates, access to information and a forum to discuss upcoming changes to industry and regulations and how that may impact manufacturers and installers. This has been invaluable. The industry training, breakfast forums, access to infield experts and CFSP training/accreditation has benefited us greatly. NAFES is well represented by a range of business types and sizes which feeds a great cross-sectional representation of what our local industry is made up of. This makes the common knowledge base and strategic direction of NAFES appropriate and relevant and I would recommend it to all business types and sizes in the industry.
